Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your@email.com] and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing.
